Course Description

Team Collaboration Workshop is a practical blended programme for teams that want to communicate more clearly, work better across roles, and improve how they plan, solve problems, and make decisions together.

This workshop is suitable for team members, managers, project teams, department leads, and cross-functional groups who want to build stronger working relationships and improve team performance.
